Deven Ray Abeyta

Our Deven Ray Abeyta left us on October 24,2017 at the age of 32. Deven’s family and friends are devastated by this sudden loss.  Deven leaves behind his mother Debbie Casados , sister Jade Rosanna Abeyta,  grandparents  Orlando Valentino Casados & Alice Casados, Aunties Valerie Casados, Susan Casados & Cat Stahlecker & her husband Matt Stahlecker, cousins (like brothers/sisters) Valentino Amparan, Robert Casados, Christina Amparan, Noah Stahlecker , Cassie Stahlecker , Ayla Marie Amparan, Jakob Casados, Garett Casados, his partner & best friend  Jess Hinojos & his fur babies Cupid & Beau.

Deven could charm the charming and had the most wonderful smile. He started to dance at the age of 3 then went onto tumbling and gymnastics during his teen years. He developed a love for music that lead to him making his own.  He attended many festivals with his friends and family over the years. These were some of the brightest memories we will cherish for years to come. He could always make you laugh with is witty comebacks and never hesitated to use his favorite movie quotes. His laugh will echo in our hearts forever.

We love you until the moon and the stars fall from the sky, forever and ever. Sweet dreams, as you wish…

Thoughts
Dawn turns to day, as stars are dispersed; wherever I lay, I think of you first.
The sun has arisen, the sky, a sad blue. I quietly listen—the wind sings of you.
The thoughts we each keep, that are closest to heart, we think as we sleep—and you’re always my last.

I only found out about Deven's passing yesterday from a friend at my new job. I was saddened and shocked to hear this sad news and it definitely affected my day. My sympathies and condolences to Deven's family & friends. I enjoyed my chats and time spent with Deven at the Commissary and have nothing but positive memories of him.

Dear Abeyta Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Times like this can be very difficult to deal with. At times, you may feel like there is no one to turn to. You may even feel like no one understands your pain. But there is one person we can turn to that can help us through all of our trials. Yes, God can help you during this difficult time. Pray to him constantly and he will help you. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4 Isa. 26:19)

Dear Debbie, You may remember me, I’m Kenny’s sister. I am so very sorry to hear about Deven. I only found out yesterday 12/27/17. I had the joy of seeing Deven many years ago, he visited our home briefly. He was precious and delightful. My heart is broken for you and your daughter Jade. I also lost my son at the age of 19. I can see that you have a wonderful family around you. Please know that if there is anything I can ever do for you I will. I deeply regret we were not in each others lives. You and all of your family will be in our prayers always. God bless you all. With love, Bernadette
